Job Responsibilities
- Close sales for his/her individual business
- Develop life insurance business
- Responsible for individual performance KPI including APE and number of cases
- Develop the life business consistent with department marketing strategy
- Analyze customer financial background and provide professional recommendation in life insurance products
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Work in different projects to help facilitating sales opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and partnering team optimizing the sales result
- Provide good customer services to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor or above
- 1 year insurance products selling experience
- Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience will also be considered
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
