Business Management Analyst Local NGO

This role is responsible for providing Financial, Human Resources Management and Operational support to a local NGO. Targeted Candidate with hand-on experiences and knowledge in the related fields would be an advantage.

THE JOB

Business Management Analyst

Job highlight:

Job duties:

  • Provide financial support, including but not limited to preparing financial reports, support annual financial audit, administration of invoices and payments, keep accurate up-to-date records and ensure the smooth running of the organisation;
  • Support internal recruitment, on-boarding and training of new staff members;
  • Preparing for, and participating in Operations internal catch-up call, arranging events and lunches;
  • Occasionally supporting the Founder and Board Chair with board-related administration.

Job requirements:

  • Graduate degree in one/more of Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, Data Analytic, Communications, Law.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Be a dynamic team communicator and player; a quick learner who works well under pressure and in a growing and highly collaborative working environment;
  • Be comfortable with, and committed to operating within, our core values: open, inclusive, people-centered, and transparent;
