Due to growth a leading European Investor and Asset Management company are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.
The role will initially be remote working, offices are based in Manchester, Leeds or London
- Providing legal support and advice to the group on consumer credit and consumer finance
- Work in collaboration with compliance to provide legal input
- Provide advice and guidance regarding SAR regulation
- Providing legal support and advice on internal cross-functional strategic projects
Key skills
- 5+ years PQE
- Consumer credit legislation in either private practice or in-house
- Experience with dealing with FCA
