About the role
This position is for a Learning & Development Officer working at our Hong Kong office. You will work alongside the current Learning & Development team overseeing all aspects of teaching to the Hong Kong team of sales staff.
You will also work with head office to develop our teaching methodology, consistently communicating with key stake holders on the methodology (locally and globally).
You will also track and report each person's individual development, presenting this weekly to the APAC Managing Director
About you
- 3-5 years in L&D or education field preferred
- An understanding of Sales or Sales background highly preferred
- Proven history of tracking and reporting development as well as developing new training programs
- Relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills
- High Emotional Intelligence
