Role: IT Support Technician
Location: Kiltimagh, County Mayo
Salary: up to €29,000 + benefits

I am partnering with a technology supplier based in County Mayo as they are looking for an entry level IT Support Technician to join their growing support team. They are looking for someone with 6 months - 1 years' experience, or someone who has recently graduated with an IT related degree.

You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing L1 support with a large scope for progression into roles across security, infrastructure and networking.

Skills:
- Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Good working knowledge of PCs and Mac's
- Understanding of Network fundamentals
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Hardware including Routers and Switches
