The Role:
Reporting to the Head of IT, this is a true Programme leadership position to help drive and influence all IT Change initiatives within the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of IT Programmes and projects, including shaping and guiding in the inception stages and responding positively to a changing dynamic pipeline.
- Responsible for the projects under your control, utilising artefacts such as Microsoft Project Plans, RAID Logs etc.
- Partner with the business unit, function and client representatives to develop project briefs and project initiation documentation for proposed programmes and projects
- Ensuring exceptional project and change management is being delivered across portfolio, using recognised methods and tools.
- Providing financial and KPI reporting relating to portfolio progress.
- Ensuring the adherence to governance for all IT programmes and projects.
Profile:
- You will ideally be operating at Senior Project Manager level and seeking the next challenge in your career or you could equally be a Programme Manager who is looking to take on a broader leadership role within a highly autonomous business.
- You will be seeking a true leadership role with the opportunity to operate and deliver to C-Suite and Board.
- You will be successful at management and control, utilising recognised methodology and ensuring best practice.
- You will be a highly effective communicator, able to engage and translate information at all levels, including at Board.
