We are looking for a technologist and senior program manager to lead a complex migration. Coordinate and deliver major program initiatives.
Project - Re-platforming:Oracle to Cloud
The Drive to Cloud program is supported by a "Central Delivery Team"
The purpose of the Central Delivery Team is to serve as a critical delivery link between the technology teams Regional and in country) and the program's management layer.
Delivery Lead (6 month contract)
Core Program Workstream Delivery (Oracle/Non-Oracle)
- Coordinate local teams, infrastructure teams and vendor migration teams for application assessments, migration planning and execution
- Develop and document the overall testing approach for Oracle based application migrations (comparison testing, batch testing, SIT and UAT)
- Secure inputs, data points, architecture diagrams and required technical information from vendors and/or country teams
- Support the development of the high-level implementation and cutover approach for Oracle migrations
- Document and transition Oracle to EDB post live support requirements to BAU and establish post live support mechanism
- Provide migration updates to regional management team / in-market CIO and regional infrastructure teams
- Track changes and monitor risks and issues of the migration
- Provide documentation and clarity of delivery approach to facilitate regulatory submissions where necessary
Scope of Role:

- Specifically, the Central Delivery Team's objectives are to:
- Coordinate and deliver major program initiatives (i.e., Non-Oracle and Oracle Migrations)
- Secure the related acceptance and sign-off of mandatory internal processes (Risk, Compliance, Regulation, APC Quarterly Reporting, ODF Business Case submission and adjustment, Regional ETS and in-market Financial reporting and Communication, Regional Book of Work planning)
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across the delivery spectrum (IT and Infrastructure CIO's, Heads of Risk, Regional Finance and Senior Architects)
- Develop tools and standards to support workstream and program reporting.
