Our client, a prominent leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cloud Infrastructure Operations Manager to join their Information Technology team on a permanent basis. This pivotal role will focus on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for aligning the business needs with strategic infrastructure and cloud technology roadmaps
- Lead the infrastructure architecture design efforts associated with all implementations or enhancement initiatives
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of detailed infrastructure architecture diagram descriptions documentation
- Responsible for resolution and root cause analysis acting as Tier 3 Level Support in systems and network environments, working with the IT Operations team
Key Skills
- 8+ years' experience in infrastructure & Cloud technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support
- 5+ years of technical experience in designing, deploying, supporting, troubleshooting within Azure Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience of building and evolving enterprise-like architecture with a strong track record of delivering change in a complex environment
- Subject matter expert for Azure Cloud and M365 Cloud Services
