I am currently working with one of my best clients based in Dublin. They are a well known Irish business within the Insurance space. My client is currently looking to increase their headcount in the IT Support team on a permanent basis.

This would be the ideal role for anyone with at least 6 months working in a Help desk Environment looking to step into a large organisation with a great IT Structure. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the following areas.

> Windows OS

> Ticketing Systems

> Active Directory

> Troubleshooting remote users

> Strong Communication skills.
