Looking for a Functional Analyst with Digital Experience:

One of my best client, a leader in the financial industry, is currently looking for a Functional Analyst who has previous experience in the digital sector.

We are looking for must have experience in working with IT teams (ideally in Agile way of working) and can both write functional requirements and perform some User Acceptance test to check that the solution meets the business requirements. The person must also be customer-centric and be able to interpret the feedback received from the clients, in order to identify features to improve or create.

Do you have experience in the following requirements?

* customer-centric (background in CX ideally),
* analytical skills,
* excellent stakeholder management,
* capacity to do business analysis.
* Experience with discussing with IT and appetit for tech is also necessary.
