FP&A Analyst - Challenger Bank - London - Flexible working on offer.

Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager

Oliver James have partnered with a top Challenger bank in London as they are recruiting for an FP&A Analyst to join their department.

You will be joining a team of 5 handling high calibre work including but not limited to the following:

• Preparing Executive and Board ready presentations detailing all analysis and recommendations.
• Work with the wider FP&A and rest of Finance team to support build out of MI capabilities.
• Partner with the Business and provide timely MI for Business Leaders
• Support wider FP&A team on delivery of financial planning processes, methodology and reporting where required,
• Managing and maintaining systems and processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and account MI, and the effective reporting of MI produced.
• Supporting Financial Planning and analysis change projects to develop a 'Best in class' FP&A function including FP&A Risk & Control Framework implementation, FP&A systems (including Excel) development
• Support on strategic projects where required

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA 2-3 years PQE and have Financial Services experience.
