Director Of Technology Operations (Media) - London - Base Salary up to £130K with a very good flexible package worth up to £20K

Oliver James' is currently recruiting for a Director of Technology Operations for a large innovative media business.

This opportunity will be leading the technology and operations functions of the business and bringing to life the business strategy. The focus will be on developing teams to deliver projects and concentrate on continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Skills Needed:

• Substantial prior experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
• Proven leadership capability in a changing environment
• Background in building, developing and leading high-performing senior management
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Media is advantageous but not essential
