Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data architecture strategies, policies, standards, and models
- Design, implement and maintain a robust data management system
- Ensure data security and privacy through proper data governance policies and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data requirements and design solutions
- Evaluate and recommend new data management technologies and tools
- Develop data dictionaries, metadata, and data flow diagrams
- Maintain data architecture documentation and update it as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience as a data architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling techniques
- Experience with data management tools and databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or AWS Redshift
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
