I am partnering with an International Retail Bank who are looking to bring on a Team Lead / Manager within their IRB modelling team. You will be working alongside and industry leading team made up of modellers with backgrounds from big 4 consultancies and top tier financial institutions.

Hybrid working - required to be in the office (Southern, Northern, and Midlands offices available) only 1 or 2 days per month!

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 3+ years of demonstrable IRB Credit Risk model building experience
• A career in top tier retail banks or building societies
• Be proficient in building IRB Credit Risk models
• Familiar with SAS

What you will be doing:

• Lead the building of industry leading IRB Credit Risk models
• Ensure the strategic requirements of IRB are met
• Be an IRB SME and work with internal stakeholders to manager the building, validation and use of the models
