Corporate Finance - Manager

Some Key responsibilities:
- Preparing valuation reports, financial reviews and due diligence investigations
- Managing mergers and acquisitions
- Financial modelling
- Management of debt and equity raisings
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified - 3 years PQE minimum
- Previous experience in an audit department is favourable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
