My client is a MNC Insurer, where they are specialized and focused into a particular sector within the Life Insurance market. We are looking for a experienced Compliance Manager to join the team.

Role & Scope:
Reporting to Head of Compliance, this role will be responsible for providing support and advice on day to day operations in accordance to the Company and Singapore legislative requirement.

Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Compliance in overall compliance framework for the branch, and acts as the back-up liaison when the Head of Compliance is not around
* Provide regulatory advice to line functions in relation to Singapore regulations
* Conduct AMLCFT reviews on scoped transactions from various systems in relation to name screening, transaction monitoring, operation functions' escalations in accordance with the established time-lines and requirements from established procedures
* Conduct periodic reviews to assess the adherence of customer due diligence and AML, FATCA, and CRS requirements in relation to operational procedures

Reuiqrements
* 6 years + experience of Compliance within Life Insurance Industry
* AML and/or Regulatory Compliance experience would be ideal
