Oliver James is partnered with a leading Multinational Insurance Advisor for a Compliance Advisory Officer to join the growing team.
You will support and assist the Manager of Compliance Advisory in developing and maintaining an effective Compliance function across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Support horizon scanning for regulatory developments and reporting any new or proposed regulation or legislation.
- Identify weaknesses in internal controls-design and delivery of compliance training.
- Support analysis of performance data and Monitoring findings.
- Strong experience in Financial Promotions in insurance and/or pension products. Experience working within the insurance, investments or employee benefits market. Good knowledge of the FCA regulatory environment and controls.
The suitable candidate will have Financial services experience, ideally in Compliance, knowledge of Insurance and Pension products and Experience in Financial Promotions.
