This is an individual contributor working closely with claims teams and partnering with various levels of internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the technical quality and operational performance of the claims product, measuring compliance through the use of file reviews
Candidate Requirements:
- Ideally 5 - 8 years of experience in complex claims, preferably with experience in an MNC environment
- Candidates experienced in quality audit preferred
- Strong analytical skills
