Thie role will lead and align regional efforts to manage organisational change, strategy and stakeholder management for a Regional Program implementation.
Responsibilities:
Change Management & Communications
- Perform an advisory role to Regional Underwriting Operations on Regional and Local Program strategy and key stakeholder decisions
- Partner with Regional Program peers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop project deliverables and deliver meaningful business outcomes
- Work in collaboration with the Program team to support with shaping and implementation of the overall Change Management strategy and approach. Work closely with the Program Change Manager to create awareness campaigns in partnership with Local Office representation as needed
- Apply a structured Change Management approach and methodology to Local Offices
Training
- Develop and provide regional input to the development of training plans, identification of training resource/tool needs, and analysis of training needs and requirements
- Align Training plan to product strategy
- Develop the training plan for the implementation and roll of the UW Future State Product across Asia markets
- Customize the training as per the market needs
Overarching Responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and multiple offices globally to ensure current and future work is aligned to meet the business's best interests
- Connect with corporate communications and training professionals to promote appropriate use of all channels and share best practice
