Oliver James' leading engineering business is currently looking for a strong Business Analyst to join their team and support on a Payroll and HR system transformation.

This role will involve a data migration and creating and implementing HR and Payroll processes.

Key Skills Needed:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience working on data migrations
• Knowledge and awareness of data security
