Oliver James are currently partnered with a large scale Insurer within the Medical that need to hire a Business Analyst on a permanent basis.
This business is looking to add additional staff to a high performing team in a growing organisation. They need someone who can work efficiently across Business Change and also has a good technical understanding.

Key skills;
- Demonstrable ability to bring experience of business analysis in Commercial, Operational, Member services or Business Excellence (Efficiency and Lean thinking)
- Proven ability to work with the business and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle following both a waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and process modelling and mapping tools (Visio etc)
- Strong stakeholder management - comfortable liaising with both Business and Technical work streams
- Experience working within the insurance market
