We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Transfer Agency.

Principal responsibilities
* To manage a processing and servicing team and ensure that optimum levels of operational efficiency are achieved to capitalize on the growth of registrar and Transfer Agency business
* To assist in coaching and training subordinates and newcomers and provide guidelines when necessary to team members on various issues
* To plan, manage and control all aspects of team operations to ensure maximum profitability and attainment of business and operating objectives
* To take up and lead an extra projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements
* University Degree holder
* Working experience in Transfer Agency incl. TA operations and "know your investors", and several years in team management
* Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
* Good problem solving, analytical and people management skills
* Good team player and leader who is able to drive changes proactively
* Knowledge in bespoke systems and any of our Transfer Agency systems will be an advantage
