Oliver James have been engaged by a leading Reinsurance company in the Dublin area to assist with their on-boarding of a HR Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate would provide support with analytics, investigate market trends and assist with making changes to the existing HRIS system.

This is an 9 month fixed term contract initially with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with review of ATS
• Designing and maintaining HRIS systems
• Producing detailed reports
• Monitoring many projects and progress updates concurrently
• Assist HR function with system issues

Experience

• 3+ years experience in HR based analytics
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Degree or 3 experience in lieu of desirable
• Ability to multitask
